PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

  • Please note it is important that you check the information that you enter and correct any errors before clicking on the “Checkout” button as once you click on this input errors cannot be corrected. On receipt of your order, Almadfoongroup.com begin processing your order and we will send a message on the final page that your order has been received and sent successfully to the restaurant. Where any payment you make is not authorized you will be returned to the previous page on the website and we shall not be obliged to provide the services.
  • Once payment is made, the confirmation notice will also be sent to you via email (as well as a notification through the Mobile App). The payment will be confirmed from the banking side through SMS message.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

  • The Order have to be checked upon delivery and in case if the customer is willing to make a return it has to be communicated to the Almadfoon restaurant through the hotline and will be returned with the same delivery person
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • If you desire to seek a refund for any reason, including if the products are unsatisfactory or for other reasons, please contact the restaurant where you purchased the product regarding any refund due to you. Your legal rights in this respect are not affected by anything in these terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Customer can cancel their order within 5 minutes; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

  • The Order will be delivered by the Delivery man from Almadfoon company itself, no third parties involved.
  • The delivery will be made to the same address registered under the Client who submitted the order. In order to receive the Order to the right location check the information sighed to the current account before you will proceed to check out.
  • The time duration for the ordered food to reach the customer is 60 minutes depends on the complications of the order.
  • Delivery Charge starting from AED 5.00 up to AED 10 depends on the area delivery
